In short

We collect what you tell us so we can plan and run your rounds, and we use the pictures we take only for the work you asked for and what we agree with you in writing. We don't sell your information.

What we collect

• What you enter in our forms: your name and contact details, your ranch's name and location, what you want checked and when, and who can let a pilot in.
• If you apply to fly: your contact details, where you're based, your certificate status, your aircraft and experience, and any footage link you send.
• When we fly a round: pictures and video of the places you asked us to check, and the records of the flight.

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you, plan and schedule rounds, brief the pilot, and deliver your results.
• To keep the dated record of your ranch that comes with your results.
• Before your first round we agree with you in writing how pictures from your ranch may be used beyond your own results.

Who sees it

Our team. The pilot for a visit gets only what the visit needs: the plan, the gates and where to launch. We also use service providers to host this site and store our records, and they may process information for us under their own terms. We don't sell your information.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to provide the service, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep something longer by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any message from us and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
